Hi guys,

Please check out my first stack and tell me what you think... I am a internet lurker, I read alot, not many questions.

I am 27 years old, 5'9" 230lbs, 20%bf. I eat like a horse.

I have done oral only cycles years ago, but just latley finished my second test only cycle. Always a scared bitch about pinning myself, but having done it 48 times would much rather inject then take liver toxic orals.

My next cycle is going to be in a couple months Here's what I want, please give me constructive critisism.

1-6 tbol 50mgs ED
1-12 test E 500/week
1-12 eq 400/week
1-12 liquid arimedex .5 ed
14-15 novadex 50mg ed
15-17 novadex 25mg ed

I also have HCG but am unsure if I need it or when is the best time to use it? SOme say after the cycle, other's while on the cycle, and some say I don't need it at all. Again, any comments positive or negative wil be appreciated.

What are you trying to achieve?
Eq is pretty weak

I'm trying to achieve a gain that I can maintain, that will be greater than my other 2 test cycles. Would adding EQ to a test cycle make that big of a difference? Also interested on how the tbol will help? Would the EQ and tbol keep the water down?

I think that at 20% you have a ways to go before you'd be ready for the cycle.

Get that weight dialed in to 15% or lower before you decide to cycle and you'll be doing yourself a favor.

Cycle plans look fine to me, but I just don't think you aren't quite ready to run it just yet.

I second getting the bf% down. 12-13% being ideal, I wouldn't run the cycle at anything about 15%
