    cycle advise

    Hello big boys
    I need every suggestion for all expert pros

    Here is my story
    I was 130 kg check this pics was 28/5/2008




    And I have a serious Gyno I know I will do gyno surgery
    But I intend to loss some fat to be less 10% then I will do the surgery
    I start Cycle in 1/5/2008
    It was
    1/10 weeks
    500 mg boldenon
    500 mg tset ena
    1/8 100
    mg tren EOD
    proveron 50 mg every day and in the PCT

    and also I use t4 as the regular methods for about 8 weeks

    after the PCT I take a little while as break
    My weigh was 110 kg

    Then I start a new cycle in 22/11/2008
    And I still running at it

    It's
    1/12
    600 boldenon
    750 test ena
    1/8
    100 mg tren EOD
    T4 regular methods

    50 mg proveron every day and the pct

    that’s my Pics now

    ok boy now you know all my story

    my present state is
    105 kg
    24 years old
    single
    % body fat you can guess from this pics






    my goal is

    less 10% to do gyno surgery

    and get a lot of muscles great bodybuilder

    I thinke to take clen in the PCT and stell cutting
    But I know I may loss some muscle so I thinke to start a Gh in the Pct as 2iu 5 days on 2 off for about 4 weeks then 5IU for anther 20 weeks
    And after 8 weeks I make anther cycle it well be
    1/8
    100 mg test susp ED
    100 mg tren EOD
    100 deca phenyl EOD
    t4 100 mg ED
    50 mg proviron everyday and the PCT

    what is your suggestion all pros

    Good improvements bro, but I think you could have achieved those results naturally.

    It seems as though you're relying very heavily on the steroids to achieve your goals...I would have never guessed you touched a weight in the first pic, but you do look as though you've made good progress since May.

    What are you squatting / benching / deadlifting, and how tall are you?

    Nice improvement, nothing you should have used steroids for. You aren't ready for gear now, certainly not before you started.

    i know you well say that and i know if I asked befor i start useing steroids
    but it's not easy to make that prograse without any steroid
    i will sticking my way to get my goal but i need to tell you i well to the gyno surgery as soon as i can

    I think if you lost 40 pounds you might find out you actually do not have gyno at all. It looks like you have loose fat there more than anything. I would work on loosing more weight and keep working out before you decide if you need surgery. I have a feeling that as you trim up, your chest will firm up a lot.

    Possible, with psuedogyno, but thats not psuedogyno.

    actually that is what i thinke because when i pinching my nipple I do not feel any pain and not have hard spot behind it

    that's was i need to loss fat to be 6% atleast


    need more suggestion

    you need to get your diet and cardio in to gear bro, watch your carbs and keep cardio at least 30 minutes daily, you need to lose the fat before you can gain REAL muscle, or else you'll just keep dieting and losing muscle with it.

    i realy do it and work hard man
    my dait is about 300g protine carp is same
    cardio it's 60 min waking 5days on 2 days off

    I think the best thing you can do is keep do cardio and watch your diet. You made some good improvements, so keep doing what you are doing.
