New Cycle...my come back!!!
hi all
this how i plan to do my cycle
12 weeks:
week : 1-12 Testo P 100mg/eod
week: 1-12 Tren A 100mg/eod
week: 1-6 OT 50mg/ed
week: 1-6 Anavar 30mg/ed
then sure i start my pct at week 10-16 with clen /clomid
ill shoot 250I.U HCG x 2 week the hole cycle
fast stats:
im 29
been on roids many time
174cm
79kg ripped right now 10%BF i neva bulk
goal is to gain 2-4kg muscels
(normaly when i do hardcore cycles i wheight 90-95kg but i wonna stay around 80-85kg now atleast then i go back upp to 90kg...)
food intake
60% protein
20% fats
20% carbs
sow any of you guys have any opinion?or tips or anything lol
should i do IGF1-LR3 week 1-4 at 50-80mcg/ed or is it overkill?

So you are 5'8 and 173 lbs @ 10% bf?
And you're also saying you've "been on roids" many times?
Your diet sucks if you are going for a 60 / 20 / 20 split...Carbs are equally as important as protein.
I think you have a lot to read about before you start pinning yourself as I'm not surprised you're still small for being an "experienced" cycler.

i dunno lets get some of his feedback answers to above questions...maybe hes one of those just wanna be shredded more than big guys.....but have decent size as well. He cant achieve that with caloric deficit needed to cut naturally.... who knows...lets give him a chance to answer.....
(damn i dunno why im so understanding *L* uncharacteristic of me )

I'm all for giving people the benefit of the doubt, but come on...He mentioned "hardcore cycles" and then throws in a question about IGF.
If he said he was 5% at 173, I'd be less concerned...but 10% at that weight means he probably started cycling when he was 140lbs if he has done "hardcore" cycles and sits at 173.

ok
ill try to anser...
i only wonna gain 2-4 kg pure muscels if it is possible...
yes i have done many long cycles sush as 36 weeks but that was long time ago and i wheight 110kg pretty hard but i was on to mush of roids...
i always thought the more dose the better result,,,,im a very skinny person normaly very small bone you know,,,
sow then something happend and i did some time in jail when the cops did rades all over usa and europe i was one of them,sow i lost most of the muscels.
now im free and im on roids again.....
iknow the crabs might be to little but i works for me realy good
and when im of träning i load carbs i training 5times week
i dont wonna gain like i did before wanna stay round 85kg but hard its fine for me.....
about the pct i start at week 10 but can be changed and usualy i dong give a damn about pct,,,ill role on smaler doses of var/ot
pct will be changed.....
iknow its sounds like i have no f**** clue but i always do it my way and it works super...
why not pinn ed cause cant stand the pain m8....

36 weeks and 110kg, then down to 80kg? how did you lose 60 pounds?? you really need to look at that diet, its more than "neva eat fastfood"
