id keep it low u can always up it ..id do.25 eod to start and take it from there....
I would stick with that and increase it if needed, but .25mg ED works great for me.
^^^ i used the same dose for 10 weeks of test cypionate, and no sides at all from AAS when using it. stuff works great! :D

if u running 500mg Test C only.... no need of AI(Arimidex) until u see some gyno(You don't go from sensitive nipples to boobs in two weeks) so dont use it.Quote:

I did check it at week 5 it was a 15 on a scale of .8 to 1.5 for men. It was way high... I need proviron
