second cycle
ok guys i am planning out my second cycle and would like some critic and or suggestions.
5'11

bf % scale says 10 but im thinking more like 12 to 13
diet
6:30 pre workout 6 egg whites 1 cup (uncooked) oats , 1 banana
30 g p 80 g c 6 g f
8:30 post work out
2 scoop whey , 1.5 cup skim milk, 1 banana
59 g p 41 g c 1 g f
9:30 1 can tuna or chicken breast , .5 cup (uncooked) oats,1 scoop whey in whater
55 g p 27 g c 3 g f
12:00 11 whites 1 whole egg, large salad olive oil dressing
50 g p o c 32 g f
2:30 1 can tuna or chicken breast , .5 cup (uncooked) oats , 1 scoop whey in whater
50 g p 27 g c 3 g f
5:00 11 whites , 1 whole egg, 1 cup vegs
50 g p 6 g c 4 g f
7:30 11 whites , 1 whole egg, 1 cup vegs, 25 almonds
50 g p 6 g c 25 g f
10:00 2 scoops casein in water
50 g p
1:00 am 1 scoop casein in water
25 g p
4: 00am 1 scoop casein in water

first cycle was test prop 50 mg ed for 8 weeks
pct was clomid 50 nolva 20 ed for 4 weeks
second cycle
weeks 1-12 test prop 100mg ed
weeks 1-10 tren a 75 mg ed
pct 3 days after last prop shot
days 1-15 clomid 100mg nolva 20mg ed
days 16 - 30 clomid 50mg nolva 20mg ed
my prop is from a syno convertion and not 100% confident in the estro remover. what should i or can i run during cycle in the way of an ai?

for your AI try arimidex at .25mg ED, should do the trick by the way props on your diet man, pretty strict.....no way ide be able to wake up at 1 and 4 to eat casein haha good luck with second cycle!!!!

really low on carbs... really low. if you wake up all the time, you don't need casein. the point of that is to be slowly absorbed all night, but if you take it all night, it'll still be getting absorbed during your workout and the early morning...

you should start your tren at 50mg ed that should be more than enough

it doesn't really matter, it means you don't have to do it, or that whey would be fine. but still very low on carbs
