    First cycle advice... Please help

    18 years old
    6'3, 190lb, 20% body fat

    Training for 1.5 years now, VERY COMMITTED and disciplined.
    Experienced very minimal gains. I want the track athlete build.

    Have taken Halovar, Creatine, Glutamine, Vitamins, Cyto Gainer, No Shotgun, and many other supplements of that nature as well as a good diet.

    My brother-in-law now tells me that I should do the following:
    Creatine
    Glutamine
    Animal Pack
    Myoplex
    Designer whey
    HMB

    DID NOT YET TAKE ANY CYCLES.....
    First Cycle- Testosterone Enanthate with Clomid
    Second Cycle - Testosterone Enanthate with Winni-V and Clomid

    Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    I already asked twice in your other thread for your diet in detail and you ignored me.
    You don't need steroids, and no one here is going to say that you do.

    eat, sleep, train, repeat. your too young for gear

    It's not even that he is too young. He needs a real base to start. Learn to eat and train for the next 3+ years and then think about a cycle. I would stick with this:

    frankly speaking,to me it doesnt even look like you train!!!seriously,let alone 1.5 years!!

    First things first, you need to lose body fat, and you don't need steroids to do that.

    When I first started working out, I went from 134 to 172 using good 'ol mama's cooking and I did that in 4 months.

    So If I can do it, anyone can do it, seriously I was a light pole. Just eat and train HARD.

    I pump out 24-32 sets out in an hour while someone else takes an hour to do 12 sets, you know what im saying? Intensity is key.

    Also 1.5 years of training in the bodybuilding world is nothing, you don't just go from average dude to Arnold in 3 years, it doesn't work that way even with steroids.

    You do not need steroids at your age and your size. All you need to do is research diet and traning and you will gain.

    is that your diet? if so it needs massive work, how bout writing in the amounts(i.e. 3 eggs and and 1/2 cup of oatmeal(measured uncooked))

    Why do so many young guys want to do gear when the could make great gains without gear. Just keep eating and training to get in better shape. You are to young for gear anyway.

    you know i joke around alot...but that is a dick thing to say dude...u have no idea where he started....he posted alot of info instead of these guys that come on here and say i dont wanna hear anything or answer any questions i just wanna juice...how the hell is your post helpful beneficial or even on topic.....maybe to me you wouldnt look like u workout at all ???
