What AI to take for first cycle/joint help

    Hi,

I'm about ready to start my first cycle of test-e at 200mg/twice a week. I want to avoid side effects as much as possible so I want to supplement with an AI, which one should I use?

Also, I would like to just to test since this is my first cycle and not add the dbol , but I am worried about my joints. Is there something that everyone recommends? Animal Flex? Should I also be taking a multivitamin or animal pak?

Thanks so much for any input.

Test shouldn't affect your joints, if you have pre-existing issues with your joints use some Glucosamine/MSM.
If you need an ai, arimidex at .25mg/eod would be where I would start.
A good multi vitamin should be part of your daily routine year round regardless.

Why would I not need an AI? Is it safer to use one?

I'm not sure what you mean by safer. I only use an ai if it's called for, some are more prone to estrogen related sides than others. I don't need an ai on test only cycles unless I use crazy doses. Some like to use them preventatively.

I would like to use an AI just to be as safe as possible, along with clomid and nolva for pct.
