Having problems starting cycle

I weigh about 185 lbs looking to get up too 195 /200 with good muscular bulky physique. I was thinking sustanon 250 and deca.

I don't how often to take the a sustanon 25O and how much a week ?

For first cycle I would suggest a single compound.
Test e would be a good one to look into.

There are honestly 4 other identical threads up right now.

Why don't you just read the steroid-profile section. It will tell you duration / dosage / price. lol..

Listen to "Johnny"... stick with a one-ester compound. Avoid sustanon for your first cycle. Like he said: Test - Enan, or Test - Cyp.

Don't take the Deca. It's your first cycle.

serious is right, sustanon is not the best choice for your first cycle. Test C and E are much better. Consider taking the following:
1. 250mg test cyp or E 2x per week or every three to four days
2. .25mg of arimidex every day to prevent estrogen formation
3. Get Nolvadex and clomid for Post Cycle therapy.

I've given you a resonable suggestion for what to take, how much, and estrogen buildup prevention, while on cycle. Read the post cycle therapy section for how to use clomid and nolvadex along with the arimidex to not only restore your natural test levels but also keep your gains.

i just finished my first cycle of sust 300 and took a cc a week for 11 weeks and saw some pretty good gains.
