I am 23, 6'2 215lbs. 12-14% bf. Two cycles under my belt in the last two years. im looking to lean out while adding some lean muscle mass. i did a sust/prop cycle last summer and it gave me sort of those results but it was very expensive and this time i would like to try something different. Suggestions? above all else i want my abs to really come through. i eat a clean 2800-3200 cals a day but i plan on upping that to at least 3500 when i start cycling.
