i would go for 500mgs every week. you might see some slight gains off 250mgs but i couldnt imagine it being very drastic
Isnt 500mgs a week a lot for a beginner ? this would be my first cycle and im i dunno how i will react to the side effects plus i dont want to put water retention because im on a diet to lose fat and i am allready 2 weeks into my cycle consisting of T3/T4/Clen/Zaditen ( ketotifen fumarate )Quote:

You will see good gains off 500mg/week of Testosterone. Any less and I believe it is a waste and you won't be happy..

depends on his body and genetic reaction to anabolic hormones, i could blow the F up on 250 mg per week .
i would say go for it if you feel like it , its ok. you can try 500 mgs on your second cycle.
in addition , PCT + diet post cycle will determine how much gains you keep , whether from 200 mg or 1 gram of test.
