Please arrange my gear into a proper cycle. Need help.

Stats:

Age: 30
Weight: 225
BF: 18% (yeah, i know its high but I know I'll drop down quickly)

This is my 3rd cycle (last cycle was 2 years ago) and my goal is to lean out and harden up. Hopefully lose 20 lbs of fat and get my bf to 10-12% with a new, much cleaner diet and some low intensity cardio in addition to lifting. Just had minor gyno surgery so I am gyno prone.

How would you arrange my assortment of gear?

Here is what I have:

6 vials of Test Prop - 100mg /10ml
2 vials of EQ - 200mg /10ml (Do I need at least 1 more vial?)
1 bottle of Anavar - 10 mg / 100 tabs
1 bottle of Proviron - 25mg / 100 tabs
Nolva - 10mg / 60 tabs
HCG -bottle says 10,000 ui / 10ml (is this enough hcg?)

How would you arrange this? Thanks in advance brothers!

Why not run a good diet and training program with cardio before you run a cycle? You would see more benifts with a lower bf..

I posted a thread about this the other day and while I realize what you are saying is true, I'm starting now regardless. Looking for advice on planning this cycle now. thanks

you'd need a fair amount more eq to get anything out of it. most people suggest running it for 14 weeks @ 600mg/w, so you'd need maybe 5 total? so then test for 15 weeks, either stretch out the test you have or get more, thats a pretty small amount of anavar, only 30mg ed for 4.5 weeks.

so you really are on the low end, unless you don't want to use the eq, then i'd just do 500mg/w test 1-12 with 30mg anavar from 9-12.5 then start pct the day after anavar

If you aren't goint to listen to anyone, then maybe you should do some research and learn how to use the drugs you want to use, at the very least. Put it together yourself and then post it and I will tell you if you are doing them right (quit being lasy).

verry inefficient gear to stack together...
this is the best i can make of it....

week 1-6: Test prop - 150mg /eod (needs 3 bottles, i guess you don't want to shoot prop for 12 weeks?)
week 1-6: EQ - 600mg /ew (frontload the remaining 2ml the first week)
week 1-4: Anavar - 50mg /ed

i don't think you will need provi in this cycle. You might try it in week 7-8 when you are off. If you want to take hcg take last 3 weeks (6-7-8) before you run nolvadex. But It's not a must, since its a short cycle. Nolvadex from week 9 to 12 at 20mg ed. Dont know if you have enough for your pct you have to calculate by yourself.

on a side note, still this will suck since the test will leave your system in 3 days and you have to wait 2 weeks for the eq to lower down. So I would inject the prop 2 more weeks.

next time first fugure out what kind of cycle you want then buy your gear.

What I'm trying to get at, is how do you expect to change your LAZY ways if you can't even do the research? You say you want to harden up, and don't want to listen to people on here when they say to fix your diet, and that is really what hardens you up, not steroids.

Like I said in my last post, I will help you if you put it together. But by the looks of it, you want it hand feed to you, so hopefuly the person that tells you how to use your juice will know what they are talking about.

I remember my first cycle and the guy I use to get my stuff from told me to run Winny for 16 weeks, and if I didn't do any research I would have ran it the way he said. I hope you see what I'm getting at.

I've done plenty of research. Years of it. I want to know what folks here would do with what I'm holding. You come in my thread and start bashing me and calling me lazy. Not everybody here is a gym rat, food weighing, self absorbed spectacle. Some of us are just normal dudes trying to live the dream.

and we don't get depressed from helping people, this isn't a playground and if someone has a genuine problem then we are here to help, on the other hand, this site has several thousand members and if everyone made "harmless joke threads" the people that need help would never get it

I'm 6'1 and have gained 20lbs in the past 18 months from being on Lexapro. The guy in the avatar is John Gotti... a real piece of work.

When I'm on cycle, my diet is very clean imo. Hard to find the motivation without the test of 5 men floating around in my blood. I know, it shouldn't be that way but it just is. I wish it weren't. Been off the Lexapro for a couple months and feel great.

I was always around 12% bf and 200lbs but I'm 99% sure that Lexapro directly contributed to my weight gain. It is not something I'd ever take again. it worked for my "depression" but I probably could have prevented the depression by ending 1 really shitty relationship.

yeah, lexapro has a bad habit of either causing someone to lose a ton of weight or gain weight
