    Query Regarding 1st Cycle of Deca )

    Hey Guys, I m a real newbie so don't be to harsh on me :P

    IM Aged: 20

    Weight: 180 Lbs
    Height: 5'10
    BF: 7%

    Diet- Spot on with mostly meats - Anabolic Diet essentially - high protein high fat low carbs.

    I have hit a plateu when it comes to gaining some serious mass and I think its time for my first cycle. I have an idea here, im wondering if you can tell me if its ok and also if u have any suggestions please feel free to let me know.



    Week 1-4

    Deca - 200 Mg per week (injected)

    Nolvadex - 2mg per day?


    So thats all I have so far, Im not sure what PCT to do, how long to continue with the Nolvadex. Will the gains be retainble? (im told its hard to retain most of them). Anyway any advice is sweet.

    yep. i concur with BIG

    that cycle is beyond poor

    just to put this out there.... you say your mass gaining has stopped....

    i see you say your diet is low carb..... how bout you up your carbs. carbs are needed for weight gain. im sure you can keep gaining no problem if you up your carbs

    im also gonna say that your a little young to cycle yet

    post up your diet... with specific macros and totals in the DIET FORUM
    then members can help you tweak it. cuz im sure it could be tweaked to get you some more gains natty. your at the peak of your health right now... use all the natty-ness you have, while you have it!!

    20 yrs old and you have hit a plateau? how do you think this whole muscle building thing works, a steady upward curve of mass gaining? i hate to burst your bubble but it is actually filled with peaks and valleys, times of stagnation and times of great accomplishmentation (yes i made that word up).

    you have to stick with it, for years. everyone has a different body but at 20 your not done growing naturally.

    All that cycle will do is JUST SHUT YOU DOWN nothing eles. Do alot more research bro and you will find whats good = Test

    Carbs spike insulin , and insulin is an extremely anabolic hormone hence why eating carbs is a good thing for gaining muscle. Try adding more carbs to your diet as well as more calories. That should help you grow.
