Thinking about taking winstrol to help during my cutting phase for a competition. Dont want to touch the shit until i have all the facts. Going to be cutting for a 12 week period.
How much should i take a day/week?, How long should i take winstrol?, and what pct should i have set aside?
winstrol only? you need more than that bro if youre going into a competition, is this your first cycle?
Cutting depends more on diet than the gear you take. I can take test-e or cyp and Deca and turn it into a cutting cycle. Eat clean look clean. Period.
Sure some will cause you to hold water but there are ways around that my friend.

ohhh, kind of like "the biggest loser" thing? hmmmm i wouldnt even worry about winstrol right now bud, you need to get into a ROUTINE of cardio 30minutes every morning with a 125-130bpm heart rate and strict diet of high protein, moderate fats, and low carbs. you also need a intense training program, wait until your bodyfat gets towards the low teens before CONSIDERING any AAS gear, good luck with contest!!!! :DQuote:

^^^ im sure you can bro, without a doubt....just get into the routine and work your way to a low digit BF% and then you could start wonstrol and test and then get REALLY ripped :D

Same as above bro my pal took win when he was big. Lost not as much wight as he tought but got slite gains in strenth which continued after his cycel without pct
