Wow bro, yeah you have nice width and size but work on your BF%. Stop being so cocky and ignorant around here. We are tellin you what is standard and comon around here which is safe, tried, and proven advice. Its common sense to tell someone they need to change their diet. And the ONLY way your going to cut up is to change your diet up..and just with that little change youll start to see results in a couple weeks. Anyone who has seriously done this KNOWS how it works and that it DOES work. Yeah you could get away with adding something like clen , ECA stack, or even DNP (even tho its real nasty stuff) you STILL need a diet in order to keep the desired BF% level so work on that first, post it up and then we'll help you out. You can also use the search button to help you figure out what you want to know. If you cant stand listening to this advice then search it out bro, its real easy to do.

you have good size to start. just take some of the advice on here. Everyone preaches diet for a reason. Because even with clen or ephedra, if you dont eat right you wont lose that much.

i know i have to have a good diet.
what im saying is i dont have the money or discipline to eat SPOT ON like a pro or something.
ive done that before and its just too long and tiring for me, despite the great results.
so i really mean what can i take to help make up for not being SPOT ON. and by spot on i mean perfect.
i eat really well all day but at night..... lets just say i like to have fun and do certain things which cause me to eat like a pig and i cant help it.
ANYWAYS, i started cardio the other day and i ordered a good ECA stack and T3.
thanks for all the help boys, sorry about my attitude, i was posting AT NIGHT if u get what i mean.... and i dgaf....

you'll not have much left after you cut, better just keep bulking and drop some water.
I'd lay out an easy diet and take my time getting to where you want to be while still gaining muscle. Just stick the diet and train. BTW, Dnp will eat off muscle you can't spare.
