    How much fat and muscle gain should i expect?

    How much fat and muscle should i gain on this cycle with a good diet and a 700 kcal surplus?

    400mg/week test e 10 weeks?

    This question is impossible to answer

    There are so many variables to consider, many of which you control:

    1) What those calories are coming from...ratios of protien/fats/carbs etc
    2) Training schedule and intesity
    3) Rest/sleep schedule
    4) base physique at start of program

    there are more but this is all I can think of now, I think you get the point

    Everone is different so its hard to say, training and diet are very important..

    ive got a spot on diet trust me!lol all the noobs with terrible diet haha.No but really i saw the milos sarcev vids and im combining what he said with sst diet.

    So post your diet.. then we might be able to help you out.

    If you're eating well, and effectively you can expect to gain 10 - 15 pounds from the 10 week cycle. But who knows. Post Diet.

    300g pro
    270g carb
    100g fat

    ^^^ hmmm serious might u have been referring to age ,or in other words maturity ...which the lack therof was just proven by the above post??? that obvious problem ? Seriously bro you will not likely get a ton of support cycling at 19 yrs old... there is a sticky called why you shouldnt use aas ..id recommend u read it. At any rate since this prob fell on def ears as many have said no one can predict your gains...its impossible to even estimate.... good luck...

    oh serious was talkin about age.duh but i dk i gotta get bigger when im young im tryn to be a bodybuilder and if i dont get bigger no ones gonna take me seriously.ANd no the diets in slingshot training noob read up.
