    first cycle

    Am 18 years old started lifting at 15 year old wighted around 140 now am up to 190 BF 11% 5'10 am thinking of doing a first cycle
    take in around 4,000 cals everday
    12 weeks of enth i
    any opinions would help

    18years old is way to early even to consider cycles...you are still growing and there is so much your body can do naturally so wait some more...steady diet and dedicated gym time will prove essential to your growing....

    I doubt anyone here advocates cycling at your age, I certainly don't.

    you get to a point when u dont see results like i used too it seems like am not getting any bigger or maybi its jus my mind lol

    well if thats the case..you need to bump things up a bit weight wise what ur diet like???

    well when you were 140lbs like you were, it takes a lot less to grow than when you are 190 like you are now. it seems harder because it is harder, that's the nature of the beast. the larger you get the harder it is to keep packing on those pounds, the better your diet and training have to get, etc.

    Keep training natty and diet hard, too young for aas

    thnx for the help i might actually hold off the aas for least two years and see how things go for a while
