The only thing I've found is that if, say, I shoot my delts on a shoulder day, I mentally feel like I have better growth there. It's all in my head, and I know it.
some believe the butt absorbs it better and you can get better results but im not sure if it's ever been proven or if it's just a myth but most alternate anyway so it doesnt get sore or scar up on you, it all absorbs the same really, just go with the easiest and less painful spot and check out s-p-o-t-i-n-j-e-c-t. c-o-m
