    Gain have stopped

    Hello everyone, I'm a novice and I'm currently on the 7th week of this cycle:

    1-3 100mg anadrol
    1-12 200mg deca every 4 days
    1-14 300mg cypionate every 4 days

    But my weight and measurements have stuck in the 5th week! I gained 17lb of wheight during these 5 weeks but since then I've not gained any pound and I'm eating more than 4000kcal/day

    I know cypionate and deca are long esters but I'm on the 7th week already!

    the drol will bloat you up for the first month or so, beyond that you need to make sure your diet is sufficient to grow, assuming the gear is good.

    all in all and on top of what big mentioned its a pretty mild cycle....deca @ 200/weeks isnt gonna foster amazing gains and cyp@300/week while u will grow..its not gonna compare to what you noticed with the drol. Just maintaining weight being off drol for 2-4 weeks shows something is happening b/c u will def have lost alot of h20 weight from drol so if weight is the same doesnt necessarily mean u arent gaining muscle. Follow me?

    jimmy, I'm using 200mg deca every 4 days, not every week.

    yeah, anadrol is just great. that's why I'm thinking of:

    9-12 100mg anadrol

    sorry my bad ...u follow me re: the drol and water weight and how u prob are gaining muscle?

    you are right jimmy, if my weight and measurement are still the same despite of what I probably have lost of water weight it means I gained muscle on deca and cypionate
    I've gained 1 inch in my biceps, I just want to gain another inch

    ...are you taking liver protectant?if not i highly reccomend it and i also would bump the test cyp cc,s up some more bro

    ^^^ coming off of drol hes gonna actually see a drop in strength and if it stays the same his gear is def kicked in and workin. Chuck when u srop drol does your strength keep going up? b/c that imo would be unusual

    yea but he stopped the drol in week 3 so the deca /test should be pumpin up each week from 5 on... So im thinkin strength goes up from week 2 to 4,, maybe plato a week and then start rising every week after from deca/test kickin in. But im just thnkn outloud,, its still early for me

    is it possible that my gains have stopped because the body usually grow in spurs and not continually? I'm wondering if I will have gains using 9-12 Anadrol 100mg

    TO EACH IS DIFFERENT...burt i really dont see that a bombs will do you any good if the d -bol didnt....

    As you grow and gain weight you have to adjust calories and protein...if you weigh 180 and taking in so much protein and calories and gain 10 pounds you have to UP the calories and protein to continue growing process otherwise you will just maintaining.....its NOT only about the compounds you're taking guys.

    if your deca /test is legit you will gain and grow,,

    ^^^word, i had the same problem, was stuck @ 255 for like 3 weeks then i figured i needed to WAY up my cals and went up to 260 fast, eat more and trust me....you'll see yourself grow

    at 4000K/cal a day you should be able to gain more muscle if u work out heavy. how often do u workout in a week by the way? I woudl advise u try to concentrate on more heavy weights and less reps for the first 4 weeks and see if there's any improvement? if not, u probably reached your plateau. If so, continue to go heavy. good luck

    could be one of 3 things, diet, gear, or estrogen levels.
