clen+t3 cycle question
Im looking to run clen and t3 together. Im 22 yrs old. I weigh 196lbs and im 6ft and about 28.4 bf%. Im looking to find out how long it will take me to cut down to around 170-175. Im looking for the fastest way to cut to that weight in the shortest amount of time. How much weight can be expected to be lost in about 6 weeks?

I'm pretty sure this is the 6th thread today that sounds about the same. Everyone wants to lose weight really fast. Proper diet, training, and dedication are what you need to lose weight. I'll be happy when spring break is over and we can get back to normal around here.

yes i know my diet needs to be in check to.. my diet is in check now and im in the gym 4-5 times a day doing cardio. i bought clen and t3 and im needing a good cycle for about 6 weeks to lose about 25 pounds? can anyone give me a good cycle to get this done? thanks

I haven't used those compounds, never needed them, but be patient and we'll leave this open and someone will chime in.

well this is an excellent place for people to find the best way to achieve their goals, but not a good place to find the fastest way. we encourage safe, responsible usage with obtainable goals. patience and dedication are necessary for any real change.

first post your diet in detail, not what you think you will eat on a daily basis, but what you eat tomorrow, and i mean everything
after we take care of that and get your diet on track you can start to run clen if needed, though i don't think it will be, the reason you don't want to run the clen immediately is to see how the diet will affect you, which you can't know if you start it with something like clen because you won't be able to differentiate between weight lost from diet and weight lost from clen
t3 won't be needed for a while so save that

okay here is my diet.
Breakfast:
2 egg, low fat Cheddar cheese omelette - 320 calories
2 slices wholemeal toast with thin smear butter - 200 calories
Lunch:
2 pieces of wheat bread with 1 piece of chedder cheese
Snack:
honey nut Health Bar "Sainsbury"
Dinner:
Plain Baked potato
Large helping of vegetables

run about 30 minutes in the morning and afternoon do cardio at gym for about 4 miles and then in the sana for about an hour and then cardio for another hour

okay.
monday- run 30 minutes on empty stomach, afternoon run cardio at gym for 3 miles, sit in sana for an hour, run cardio again for about 30-45 minutes.
tuesday- run 30 minutes on empty stomach, afternoon run cardio at gym for 3 miles, sit in sana for an hour, run cardio for about another 30-45 minutes.
wednesday- run 30 minutes on empty stomach, afternoon run cardio for 3 miles, sit in sana for an hour, run cardio for another 30-45 minutes.
thursday- run for 30 minutes on empty stomach, afternoon run cardio for an hour, sit in sana for an hour, run cardio again for another 45 minutes.
friday- run for 30 minutes on empty stomach, afternoon run cardio for 3 miles, sit in sana for an hour, run cardio for another 45 minutes.
saturday-run for 45 minutes on empty stomach

have you tired walking at an incline so you can keep a steady heartrate, much better for fat burning, that and HIIT training are great if you use them together

no i havent tryed walking the incline but ill try that, ive been using the eliptical machines.
so does the diet and the cycle including my cardio sound good?
in your opinion how much weight do you think can be lost in 6 weeks with my cardio,diet,and cycle?

You should do all of your cardio at once instead of sitting in the sauna in between sessions. The sauna will do NOTHING for fat loss.
