Clen off/on V.S. Clen + benadryl???
I just started my PCT and am running clen along with it. I have done a lot of searching and cant find the best answer, seems a lot of info is contradictory.
In terms of people's results what is better for 12 weeks of clen:
A. Running clen on/ off such as 2 weeks on then 2 weeks off, repeat?
B. Running clen the whole time with 50-100mg benadryl each night?
I know the molecular mechanism theory behind preventing down-regulation of Beta-2 receptors, but it is hard to Quantify the effects of clen in a way that is other than "down-regulation" or the effects of Benadryl in an "up_regulating" way.
What are your actual results with Routine A v.s. Routine B? Please help!
