Id like to lean out. Get more vascular and I was curious if this would be a good choice.
My stats are 27yrs old
6ft 235lbs at 18%bf. My muscles are large and lean from my waist down. Arms and shoulders. Just my chest and stomach I tend to store my fat. 36inch waist.
My workout consists of 6 days a week
Chest
Shoulders and bi's
Back and tri's
Legs
Chest
Off
Shoulders and bi's
you need another rest day IMO
With 30 to 45 min of cardio at least 3 times a week.
My diet consists of
55grams of protien and 30 grams of quick carbs upon waking
Chicken and greens
50mg protien shake
Chicken and greens
20mg protien shake pre-workout
55mg protien shake and 30 quick carbs post workout (730pm)
24grams protien 24 grams casien for bed.
too many shakes, more solid food, only shake should be PWO
I take all my bccaa's vitamin, purple wrath, animal, creatine.
Yes the fat is just stubborn for me.
