week 1-12 test e 500mg per week
week 15 100mg clomid ed
week 15 40mg nolva ed
week 16 50mg clomid ed
week 1620mg nolva ed
sound good or no?
also would just clomid be ok or do i need the nolva as well?

breakfst: eggs, protein shake, banana sometimes 6:50
snack: with high calories high protein about 9:00
snack: with high calories and protein about 10:30
lunch: hambuger or chicken 12:20
snack: with high calories high protein about 3:00
Dinner before gym: 6:00
After workout protein shake: 9:30
some kind of food before bed: 11:00
