Question on body fat % and gear.

I have gotten my body fat down to 18% and have two questions.

    1. I use the method of measuring waist, hips, and neck etc. Is this how everyone else does it.

    2. Can I start using my gear now or is 18% too high?

    18% is too high, imo.

What do you plan on running for your cycle?

even though we suggest you get your BF down towards 10 or 11% there's still way too many guys that still go along and do the cycle at 20+ percent BF....lose body fat first...then bulk up...good luck with cycle
