when you post questions like this you should include your current stats with the question, would make it easier for peeps to venture a guess.

also being more specific with the diet would help (like including macros)

like for your dinner, steak/chicken and large helping of vegetables could be anywhere from 4oz meat to 12oz..

if I knew I would tell you, like I said in the other thread I've never used that stuff. I do think you got lots of helpful answers in your other thread, but what you do with the info is up to you.

28% bf.. if you just have anything close to a decent diet and hardly any cardio you should start losing weight. i wouldn't mess around with clen and t3 until you are much closer to your goal

its not about losing it as fast as possible, with that you'll probably end up burning a lot of muscle too, you'll lose enough fat fast enough anyway

Your diet doesn't make any sense to me. And I agree with above--using T3 will drop muscle mass as well. If you're not getting the answers you want, it's because nobody thinks it's a good idea, or your questions aren't valid. Lots of good info on this forum if you can try to learn.

I was initially 6'0", 47 y/o, 235 lb, 30% bf, when I started my program. I got with someone here and did a nutrition program that dropped my body fat rapidly, helped me maintain and even add a little lean muscle mass, and I didn't add supplements until I was around 15% bf. Food is a drug, bro, and if you manipulate your diet correctly it can give incredible results. I would rethink the plan, honestly. And people are taking the time to let you know that you might be misguided, so you should try to listen.

How about some smaller and more frequent meals?
