Glute injection vs. Delt Injection
Is there any advantage to shooting ur delts?

theres less nerves in your glutes than your delts, your glutes are also a bigger muscle group than your delts, making it easier to inject into

no not really except i find it a little easier. the glutes are supposed to provide beter absorption but i doubt it would translate into any real world benefits.

I actually hate glute shots, just an uncomfortable position for me. delts are my fav's but I still hit a lot of sites.

I`m still a massive fan of quads myself. Gluetes are just too tough to do yourself especially once your Lats get big.

They weren't so nice to start with but now I love them. I can put 3mls in them no problem. LOL my diaper boy is john decola

Glutes are my choice. They are so much easier for me. I have tried the quads but it hurts like hell to the point that I can hardly walk!

delts are by far my favorite. they dont hurt, it goes in easy, and it also makes your delts look bigger.

The worst scar tissue I have is in my delts...That comes from injecting 2-3ml into them at a time for years.
I really try not to hit them unless absolutely necessary on short estered cycles.
Now when I hit them, I can literally hear the scar tissue crackling upon needle entry.
It's kind of disturbing now that I really think about it.

glutes
I've been hitting the glutes right and left every other time. Thought about going to the traps with a 1" for the tren . Its nice in the glute, but sometimes very hard to maintain that 180' position long enough to finish a slow injection! As far as pain though its cake...

I prefer hitting glutes rather than delts any day of the week. I dont think glutes are that hard to reach but I will admit that as I'm right handed I find left slightly more awkward but not a major problem. I know some people tend to cramp up quite a lot when they reach round for to long which I suppose can be off putting. I only ever use glutes, quads and delts anyway, thats plenty of sites to rotate as you can always go in different places especially in the quads.
I would like to try Bi's at some point tho

If I have to take more than two shots a week I use delts but otherwise I just use glutes. They are so easy to hit and very little pain afterwards.

I like quads and delts myself. Favorite is quads. I rarely inject into glutes. Its just hard for me to bend and reach . Prolly cause i have fuking T-rex arms! Calve was once.....NEVER again. Same with biceps. I can handle pain usually but that shit is just uncalled for!

I hate glutes because I always cramp and it's just an akward position to hold. I love quads, they're so easy to inject because they're right in front of you and you can sit down... only problem is 50% I hit a nerve and my legs starts buggin out.

T-rex arms? that sucks, no wonder why they were such an angry species, they couldn't reach their member to rub one out....sucks dude, sorry to hear you have short arms, lol, anyway, id prefer delts.
