    Question Recovery on steroids ??

Normaly the human body takes 48 to 72 hours to fully recover after a session at the gym . When on steroids how long does it take to recover ? Steroids both androgenic and anabolic like Sustanon,Testoviron etc..... or only anabolic like Winstrol ( stanozolol ) .

they all improve recovery, depending on what you are running, how much and more importantly how your body recovers, pretty hard to put a time frame on it. your best bet is to continue training normally but increase the intensity of your workouts

diet is gonna play a big part in that too. getting calories into your body ASAP, after leaving the gym, will make a big difference. instead of waiting a few hours to eat.

Definitely need to fuel your body properly to get the recovery benifits from steroids but also things like bcaa caps and vits would maximize this too. I know I recover faster but its hard to gauge how much faster.

^^^ agreed, you also got to think about how intense you really are in the gym, some guys say "yeah dude, im like a freakin animal in there" and you see em hang around the bench talking to chiks/posers about their new bench record.....

^^^ seriously. Not so much a problem at my gym. preacher curl bench is right behind the squat rack. dudes typically want to hear my grunting while shoving my ass back toward their face haha. Besides that...there are 5 different "leg press" machines at my gym. All with different bells and whistles and different range of motion. but they can burn in hell. all but one...that has a really awesome single foot plates so you can iso. really well. squat still my fav. leg drill.

Ive been told by two different coaches the most strenuous or physically demanding (in terms of combined muscle effort) should be done first and ive always stuck with this. i get my warm up sets, then do my heaviest/hardest drills first.

pretty sure that was a joke. cause these guys always use the squat rack to do their B-bell curls. but they never do legs.

Yes that was a joke, I call it the arm curl rack now because I seem to be the only one anymore that actually uses it for squats.

That is correct, heavy compound movements should always be done first.

I hate to be "that guy" some days . . . but my gym's EZ Bar and Straight bar goes up to 110 lbs. . . . so on my days when I'm feeling extra beastly and amped up, I have no choice but to curl in the squat rack so I can u more weight, but everyone in my gym understands its obviously the only reason I'm doing it

You bumped a thread that is close to 3 years old to go off topic and admit to curling in the squat rack??
