    Test Cyp Question

    This is a question regarding test cyp 250.
    I've been taking 2ml/week of test cyp for 8 weeks of an 11 week cycle now and haven't really seen as many gains as I would have liked to. I've recently come across some more, and was wondering if it's possible to add another 1ml/week into my cycle for the remainding time? I've been injecting every 3.5 days (monday morning and thursday night) so if I do change to 3ml/week, should I inject every 2 days or just add another time in (possibly saturday afternoon)?

    Is this your first cycle?

    No. Dont do more than you are now, its probably that your diet is not in check or your just not noticing the gains, or your gear is bunk.
    Write out your diet, your stats and how much you have gained so far so we could help you determine what the problem is.

    agreed, you've been following a good cycle protocol so it's either bad gear, bad training, or bad diet, luckily all are easily fixable

    write out everything you eat tomorrow and we'll critique it

    My Stats are;

    Height :5'5
    Weight: 159lbs
    BF% : 9.5

    Training : 5 days a week for 4 years now.

    Diet:

    11am - 1 cup oatmeal + weight gain shake 2 scoops
    1pm - 0.3kg chicken w/ rice or salad + banana
    330pm - 100 grams tuna w/ rice crackers
    530pm - weight gain shake 2 scoops w/ 10grams creatine
    6-8 - train
    815pm - weight gain shake 2 scoops
    9pm - 0.5kgs steak w/ rice or potatoes and vegetables
    12pm - tuna and fruit
    1am - weight gain shake 2 scoops

    i think your stuff is underdosed..how much has your strength and weight gone up

    Totally agree here. If this is your 1st cycle and you're taking 500mgs of test a week. I don't really think what you eat is going to matter too much. From what you're eating/drinking, looks like you're getting plenty of calories and protein. Back when I was a young buck, I didn't even eat that good and put on 15lbs pretty easily. My lil bro would litterally eat whole pizzas and 2ft of subway and he put on like 20lb of lean muscle, he was working on a farm at the time though, so not slouchin in between workouts. I think you got vegetable oil.

    I'm looking to put on clean bulk. I have noticed a bit of strength gain and have put on 2kgs over the whole 8 weeks, but I don't feel that that is enough.

    If I'm not getting the right amount of Test, is it possible to add another injection in per week, or just flag the whole idea (because the gear is junk) cut my losses and start my PCT in 14 days?

    I think it's fake. 500mg you should be gaining strength and size. If that isn't happening after 8 weeks no amount of this bunk gear will do it.

    Damn 2kg for 8 weeks is nothing bro. I would say its your gear. I had the same thing happen to me once and i just dropped the cycle and ran pct just in case it was real but under dosed.

    Thanks for the input. Sucks on my part, it would have been nice to see some impressive gains. Pharmaceutical only from here on.
