This coming fall I am going to go out for a MMA cage fighting competition. I am an amature boxer, I have an excellent training partner who teaches me alot. I have a little more BF% than I would like. I am having a hard time losing it. I have been doing alot of strength training, and am going to continue until March.
March thru september is going to be key time to get where I want. Cut my fat, get stronger, better cardio, speed etc....
Here's what I was thinking, somthing mild, that is not going to make be bloat, or gain too much weight.
12 week cycle
1-8 Anavar 60mg ed
1-12 EQ 600 ml weekly
1-12 test @ 300 weekly
14-16 20mg nolva ed
Does this cycle sound like what I want? Basically I want to be better fit than what my own body would be naturally.
I am currently 230lbs, 27 years old, lifting training since 17. Good diet most of the time about 18% BF and dropping.
The only AAS experience is 2 test only cycle's. Which I had stunning results. I am a quick gainer, but a hard loser of BF?
