    4 week cycle worth it?

    I'm 27.
    5'10"
    160lbs (18-20%fat)
As far as doctors are concerned, Im a healthy typical 27 year old.
I now eat fairly well (my wife's cooking is very health conscience)
I have lifted on and off for 7 years. I have never done steroids .

Is it worth it to do a 4 week cycle? I'm not looking for massive gains, just want to test the waters with my own body, and supplements. All I see are 8-12 week cycles or more. Will I see any gains, and for something this short, what would be recommended for PCT?

first off, you dont need steroids .....you need to get your BF% lower and need to build a bigger base (mass wise)

P.S......doing a 4 week cycle wont get you any solid gains......

No it's not worth it, and your stats indicate your diet is your problem. what are your goals?

^^ lol. Big you actually sound like a computer when you respond to posts. haha it always cracks me up.

OP: I agree with previous advice. 4 weeks would just give you water retention, and no real gains. You might blow up, but as soon as you're off, it'll all disappear. Pretty useless. If your wife is a great cook, just get her to start cooking you up high protein, low carb / low fat meals... and drop that BF down naturally.

well, the honest most forward answer is I want to put on at least 30 pounds of solid shredded muscle.

the first step is to sort your diet, otherwise you're just wasting your time.

but you definitely want 30 pounds of MUSCLE right?! therefore you have to run that BF % down, prior to cycling. You can't just jump on a cycle with high BF, it can just lead to 30 extra pounds of FAT. How attractive do you think your wife will find your core (abs) when you're 190 - 200 pounds, with a beer belly...? lol

^^^plus if you want 30lbs of solid muscle youre gonna have to cycle at least 12 weeks, not 4...4 weeks could probably give you 3lbs at THE MOST!

cycle layout: weeks 1-12 EAT EAT EAT
    PCT: EAT EAT EAT

so shed a few pounds of fat before I put on muscle. what about a fat burning cycle? Can you use Clen along with fat burning exercise just to shed a few pounds of fat?

Steroids are not magic, you really need to start off with a good diet to be able to use steroids ; and to top that off, if you just jump on a cycle, you probably will come back on this forum and say "why am I not seeing results", that's because of lack of diet.....

shed some pounds and pack on some muscle naturally, there is no reason in your present condition to use anything, in my opinion. at 5'10" you should be able to hit 200lbs and sub-15% bf% naturally.
list your daily diet in detail and we'll go from there.
