how long to wait be4 getting back into AAS?
I did steroids and was into bodybuilding about a year ago i did a cycle of test prop and got amazing results putting on almost 30 lbs. in 9 weeks weighting 230! unfortunatly i've lost like about 15-20lbs. since then because i was sick in the hospital. So I'm back in the gym looking to bulk
My question is... how long do you think i should wait before getting back into steroids? and what do you think my natural weight should be at be4 i start, I'm 210-215 now
o and one more thing... I was wondering for those of you that use alot of gear do you guys lose the ability to bulk naturally?

get the diet in order 1st ,thats the main thing here.
30lbs of a 9 week test prop cycle is unlikey(what i mean is it would of not been 30lbs of lean clean muscle )
diet
good lifting routeen
more reserch
thats whats needed here imo.
whats your body fat % ,age,hight,what did you eat yestaday?

I'm 24 6'3 13% bf
and sorry i did sustanon , i finished off the cycle with prop.
My diet is terrible I'm still a little sick have absolutely no appetite. I know a deit plays a key role and that if i want to bulk i have to consume alot of cals.
with a diet, good routine established how can you tell when your ready to juice?

MY goal is to wieght 240-245lbs. and improve my strength but with that bulk i need tbe really agile and quick on my feet, I (as Im sure everyone else) to lean at 240!

did you do a pct after your cycle?
I am not you but I would wait till you are feeling good then I would just start lifting and getting back into shape. Start eating clean diet diet diet and while you are doing all that read read read, and when it is time for you next cycle you will have all the knowledge you need grasshopper.....IMO

Theres no way I'd be ready for them now i know that, when i use them i want to get the most out of them that i can. I just want to know should i lift and diet for like 3 months or should i gain 5lbs. of natural weight. Whats a realistic goal that should i set?

Only time will tell, lift diet and continue till you think you have gone as far as you can go..then think about doing a cycle. The great thing about lifting is you are always trying to better your last lift so this could take years.....Sorry if I didnt tell you want you wanted to hear...
