    clen halflife

I know clen has a long half life around 36 hours but i was wondering does it have the same strength 24hours after as it does 1hour after you take it? Like does it still burn 3x more calories a day later?

yes it should. it raises body temp by .5% or so which causes your metabolism to speed up, and you burn fat and/or muscle. an easy way to tell if its still working is to take your temperature before the cycle and then once on cycle. you should notice a slight increase. if you do then you know its still working.

Clen breaks down in two parts. The first breakdown (and subsequent decline in levels) takes place at about 7-9.2 hours and the second breakdown at about 35-36 hours. For dosing id go with the shorter number. The profile section of the site would recommend every 3.5-4.5 hrs. Find what works best for you.

I always take the entire days dose in the am, so that I have some kind of chance of sleeping at night. Be carefull with multiple dosing during the day.

    just some good info.
“What else do I need to know?

Taurine MUST be used with Clen at 3-5g daily. Clenbuterol depletes taurine
levels in the liver which stops the conversion of T4 to T3 in the liver.
Taurine allows the user to avoid the dreaded rebound effect and painful muscle
cramps. It's a must with Clen.

Clenbuterol should not be taken too close to a workout. It can interfere with
your breathing and complete ruin your workout. When doing cardio, it's
advisable to stay at a consistent pace and avoid HIIT style routines.

Do not take Clen Past 4pm and drink plenty of water; 1.5-2 gallons a day “-posted by Anabolism

Where to find Taurine: Besides buying a pill from GNC.

Taurine is produced naturally in the body. (((((((It's also found in eggs, fish, meat, and milk. ))))))))))
