stats on salmon, whole wheat pita? probably gonna double this meal

Steam chicken and vegetables
4 vegetable dumplings (no sauce)
1/2 pint brown rice
stats on dumplings?

8oz of steak
2 stalks of broccoli
3 meatballs 8oz
1 sweet potato
stats on meatballs? how many oz is the potato?
