Tren A Question
So ive been doing lots of reading and research on this website and i have to say its been very informational to me. Ive learned so much from workout technics to correct dieting. I get on here everyday at and learn something new all the time. So i have to say im a newbie to the site (regestrion was today) but long time reader.
I have run two cycles of Test-E (12 week runs) last year and must say the first was a waste. My diet wasnt right and should have the gym more. The second i didnt get my diet right till around week 5 (just started reading this website at that time) I still went from 225 to 250. I put on lots of water wieght but gained plenty of strength and felt good. Now that im been off the cycle ive lost (last cycle ended in November) around 10 pounds alot of that was water i feel like.
Im not a professional, and i dont know everything but ive got my 3rd cycle together and starting it on Feb 1. Ill be running it 8 weeks, the reason im stopping it the beggining of April im flying out of the country for a few weeks and cant bring it with me.
So i plan on running Test P at 500 every week with a shot EOD along with the Tren A EOD at the same time. This is my first time running the Tren, what do you guys suggest i start out with that will be an effect dose? Thanks for all the help guys!
Stats: 30 years old
Trained for 2 years now
6' 4" tall
243 Pounds
Probably 16-18% BF

I usually recommend a starting dose of 350mg/week with tren .

Its good to have a strong pct with hcg too. Also caber and letro should always atleast be on hand imo.
