First time user needs guidence
I've been lifting on and off for a while, looking to start using
I'm about 6'1 250 right now... I am doing this primarily to become a better football player, I want to get stronger and faster as well as shed a good amount of bodyfat
Ive done research, and I think I'm going to start using Deca .... Ive read that testorsterone is a must while using deca, so I think I'm going to use that too...
I need advice on everything from what is the best kind of testosterone to use, to how much to use ect.
All input will be greatly appreciated!

I'm 20
Not sure what my bf% is. Im kind of fat but still have a lot of muscle mass from lifting... I have a gut but my arms are still relatively cut and chest looks solid... But my mid section and legs have a good amount of fat on them, but still a lot of muscle

Imo your to young and could reach your goals with a clean diet..

You are indeed too young in my opinion, but regardless you need to get rid of the bf before you consider a cycle. running a cycle with too high bf puts you at drastically increased risk of blood pressure issues, estrogen related sides, etc.

I cut just through diet and cardio, but you should also research clen , it may be something you want to consider.

Im not THAT fat, I'm really healthy but just kinda chubby and need to cut some... I wish I knew my bf% lol

Thats good bro, my bench is around 300, but my squat lacks somewhat. Ive never tried my pr on squats but id guess at about 350.. Anyway keep up the good work bro.

Although deca and test can be used to cut, they are primarily used to bulk. Once cycle is not going to increase your bench by 100lbs, or even close. You said you are doing this for football right? Deca has a detection time of 18 months, so if you ever get tested deca is not even close to an option bro.

even if u go on roids, without a perfect diet and suitable workout program u will achieve nothing.
u need to lose fat first , cauze 250 is pretty much, i would say u have at least 50 lbs of fat, probably more. u need to go on a diet , do alot of cardio along with the workout.
i know telling u to do this and that and not talking about steroids is annoying, cauze i had that, but its for your own good
when u are on low fat .. u can consider doing some cycles depending on u.

damn naturally my bench was 405
Squat i never maxed but i do 350 for 10 reps
also to the foortball player i dont know much of anything about roids, but i can tell you that ive had friends that were similar to your stats, and they used like idiots thinking it would turn them into a pro bb and they looked really bad they got chiniier face fatter
one of my friends completely changed his body structure for the bad

what position do you play?
and deca is a bad choice for a fball player because of the detectetion time... it will help if you find out ur bf%, like big said higer bf means more complications...
anyways if you are dead set on doin a cycle, you should do a simple test cycle, i recommend prop because of the detection time is short (2-3 weeks and 1 shot everyday) and its easier to manage than test susp (which needs to be shot 2x daily but detection time of like 1 week)
your diet will be the main factor if you "shed a good amount of fat" you should look in to clen and a clean diet to lose the fat

And I'm going to be going to a junior college that doesnt test. So That wont be a problem unless I end up playing at a 4 year school - which will still be more than 2 years from now so I'm good
Do deca and testosterone have any effect on fat loss/gain?

i dont know... but my advice is to stay away from ddeca if u have a chance of being tested... being at a juco that doenst test isgreat but u cant have that long of detection time in ur system, you never know if u are gonna be tested in 18 months anyways.... and 6'1 250 inside linebacker? you shouldnt be that fat.... but thats my opinion...
i would say look into test prop along with winny (be sure to care for ur joints) this is the shortest time detection time with the best results IMO....

A good weight for an inside linebacker is about 220-240... I know I need to shed some...
And Im definitely not going to do winny, not going to ruin my joints, especially in an explosive sport like football winny is bad....
Once again I'm not worried about testing right now....
I know I can shed the fat I need to with a good diet and exercise... But my main goal is as much strength and power as possible....

i kno wwhat u mean about joints and winny... i play fball also so im not just some guy :P...
if u are lookin for strength, then you should look at prop and halo.... that would be ur best bet...
look into a cycle of: test prop, Halo, clen .....
from what you ahve said, i would advise this would be the best cycle for you... you will wnat to keep it simple cause its ur first cycle and all but you could easily get the gains u want...
one tip tho, when you start to see gains from the cycle, keep in mind ur original goals cause they wiull want to change once u start seein the gains... that is if u work hard and such ( i am assuming thaat part)
so in the end my advice:
prop, halo, clen
