30 years old. firefighter. 6'3 245 between 13-16% body fat. i was injured and had to have surgery on my right knee. been down for about 3 months and getting ready to go back to work.. going to the gym 5x a week and have always lifted. just need to put on mass and cut fat. on a good diet(most of the time) but want to use some help.. im low on energy and feel real sluggish. kinda feel lazy layin around so much. having trouble getting back on my feet. any advise would be awsome or info on a cycle i can take from this web site.
