    need advise on where to start

    30 years old. firefighter. 6'3 245 between 13-16% body fat. i was injured and had to have surgery on my right knee. been down for about 3 months and getting ready to go back to work.. going to the gym 5x a week and have always lifted. just need to put on mass and cut fat. on a good diet(most of the time) but want to use some help.. im low on energy and feel real sluggish. kinda feel lazy layin around so much. having trouble getting back on my feet. any advise would be awsome or info on a cycle i can take from this web site.

    do you take a pre workout supp? that sounds like it would cure most of what your issue is but as far as a cycle....assuming this is your first so for mass.....

    test e for 12 weeks at 500mg with dbol at 50mg for a 4 week kickstart if you wanted....and of course proper pct.

    would starting a cycle using the strenght stack . includes d-anabol 25. 1 tren 75 and 1 var 10 along with anavar or clen be a good place to start.

    ummmmmm yea.....definitely not. all those except dbol are cutting compounds in my experience...ok i guess tren you can bulk on..but anyway....no, you're first cycle should be simple, 2 compounds MAX

    what do you recomed for a pre workout supp. are over the counter, such as test e at 500 mg w/ dbol through this site good to take, oral. and what were you refering to proper pct. its benn 12 years since ive done a cycle. what do you think about anavar

    so 2 compounds max..test e and dbol .. will that put on muscle mass and cut fat.

    test only would be fine imo.. or at most add in some dbol the first 4 weeks.

    test e 500mg 12 weeks and dbol for the first 4 weeks. for the 12 weeks of test e, at 500mg, how would i take it over the 12 weeks. 1-2-3 times a week. whats the best way to take it

    2 times a week divided time wise as evenly as possible throughout the week

    I Need Advice

    I'm planing to take sostenon 250mg next Monday but I want to know if is ok to take protein,glutamine,creatine along with the sostenon 250mg or do a BSN elite stack with the sostenon I really need help here guys I dont really wanta use D-anabol or Deca since I only want to get mass and cut. Thanks

    first thing, make sure that your knee is fine for lifting, cause on cycle you will gain strength and if your knee can't handle it then you will injure it again
