    Syringe Filters???

    im making it a rule of thumb now to always use filters with my ugl gear,what are the best filters to use,i was told it can be a bitch to do and that you lose some gear while doing it,,,is there a certain gauge number to use,,i was told there are different filters for water based and oil based fluids...any imfo much appreciated.................

    it can be a huge bitch to do. i wouldnt bother unless you can see anything floating in it. just buy from someone more reputable.

    just research fillters in google. But yeah at needle exchange they usually have them for free.

    Personally i would not bother with it.

    needle filters are used to capture large particles like broken glass from unit dose vials or to trap dirt. They are not for sterility. I agree with the above, find a ugl you trust. You shouldn't have to refilter.
