im trainin about 4-5 months now, only serious the last couple...
just startin 1st cycle of deca and test....is it good cycle and does it have good results?
just wondering if any tips ?and what do ye think of my workout? ,
im 21 , 5-8, bout 165
i train bout 5 times a week
mon-->chest , arms...
tues--> delts and back
wed-->lots of cardio and legs
thur-->chest arms, cardio
fri-->back and delts...
any replies and tips would be appreciated
