First time confusion!??!??!
Hey Guys,
Im in need of some advise/help.. im a 5'11" 165lbs i believe the term is 'hardgainer', bn training for 18months, have gained around 15lbs but now gains have slow right down. i want to try a 10-12 weeks cycle to give me a boost and get me back in da game.. My problem is however that ive read page upon page of advice/info on types and stacks to use and to be honest it has fried my brain :-(.. the main options i am considering are basic stack as obviously im a first timer:
1. 30-50mg/day dbol 300mg deca /wk
2. approx 300mg deca/wk 300mg sus250/wk
3. 30-50mg winstrol /day(oral) 300mg deca/wk
Now this is where my confusion starts...
i think/hope im right in saying that With cycle 1. and 2. fairly rapid mass gains are achieved with quite alot of water retention. im quite defined and wud quite like to keep the form but just increase it all in size.. having a bloated look conserns me abit.. am i over reacting thinking il look like im gona blow at any minute??!! can it b controlled by lower carb/fat intake?!?! i mite add that in my place of work it may become a problem if it is obvious im taking something and a drug test was taken.. i.e. 'your fired'
So really im trying to Distinguish roughly what gains id expect to see with these..
As for the 3rd option.. i understand that the winstrol is mainly used for cutting cycles therefore less water retention occurs. now as it is not a very good mass gainer.. what kind of gains would i expect to see if i stacked winstrol with deca??!! as im already very lean would i simply see nothing at all except some strength gains in the gym.. or worse look even more lean!! or wud i infact see quite resonable size/muscle gains and inturn keep good form!??!?
Also i knw the oral winstrol is liver toxic but am i correct in thinking that the 3rd example cycle wud hav less sides and not require pct e.g. clomid. i suffered badly from acne as a teenager and wud really not like to revisit those teribble times!
Sorry for the 'essay', i hope ive not appeared totally stupid, although i am very confused lol.!!:-o i would really appreciate any thoughts/advise on these question. thanx again.

Grab a simple test 10-12 week cycle, forget Deca . I have no experience with Deca, but you can gaurantee excellent gains with Test P or C and proper PCT will help you keep it.

how old are you? 165 lbs at 5'11" and only been training for 18 months you should def try gaining more naturally, whats your diet like? and you taking any supplements i.e. creatine or protein? what are the weeks you plan on running each steroid ? 2 orals in one cycle.....thats harsh on your liver.....and if you dont listen and decide to juice anyway run the test at a higher dose than the deca

dammit i keep missing things.....even if you just take winny tabs by themself you still need pct and an oral only cycle not such a good idea.....you will get shut down and just clomid is not a pct.....what is your pct for the cycle you just gave us? you need to research a lot more before you even start this cycle

bro, i'm gonna be blunt, your diet SUCKS, i can guarantee it and i bet with some changes you will be gaining again without a problem
how bout writing out your diet in detail? i mean everything, in fact the best way to do this is to just write down everything you eat tomorrow or whenever and post it

Thanx for all the replies guys.. 4got 2 mention im 26.. ive bn taking reflex 'ones stop' pre workout and reflex 'instant mass' twice a day.
when workin 6am til 2pm shift, my diet roughly consists of cereal every morning, 2 toast/scammbled egg/beans @ 9am a cooked meal at work at 1pm (varies on wat the chef cooks up) but always try and pic meat, veg, potatoes.. a shake at 2.30pm (training at 3pm) shake around 5pm, then at approx 7pm i rustle up pasta tuna, chicken breast veg potatoes or a cottage pie or sumthing. then a shake before bed.
On a 2pm til 10pm shift, i wud normally hav.. cereal at 8am, shake at 9.30 train @ 10am. stewing steak and noodles or ravioli at 12-1230. then 4pm cooked meal at work, 7.30pm tuna or chicken sandwich with packed lunch crisp/fruit/choc bar and shake. them a shake before bed.
shud i dump the all in one shakes and just take protein?? if so wat du recommend?? creatine/ protein.. wat about tribex or some kind of test boost sup.. do they wrk?
lookin at what ive just written i can see that i shud definately try and eat more especially on a 2pm-10pm shift.. my 2 breaktimes are short and usually is a race to finish before resuming work.. any ideas on wat kind of food wud be best for these times?!
maybe i should just carry on and concentrate on more cal intake n trianing.. am still tempted 2 try a cycle to try and gain a quick 10pounds or so and concentrae on keeping that!?.. thanx 4 ur responses.Last edited by newboy11382; 01-17-2009 at 09:54 AM.

Your diet is horrible.
You have plenty of time to get 6-8 meals in.
Your meals should be protein/carbs for the beggining portions and protein/fats for the last meal or 2 before bed.
You need to look in the diet section for foods to eat and recipes, you are nowhere near ready to cycle and do not understand the concept of proper nutrition yet. Shakes are digested quite fast and if your body cannot digest them due to takin in so much and no need for it then you will flush it out. Drop the shakes except for PWO shake and eat real whole foods. Chicken breast for 3 out of the 6 meals, beef for 2 and tuna for 1....just an example bro, you need to eat, eat big. Each meal should consist of 1.5-2g of protein per lb of bodyweight, same with carbs, keep fats 35-40% of bodyweight. Do not cycle as that one proposed is horrible, and you would be very unhappy with the results. Diet is everything, it will make or break you.

Diet is the key not steroids , at 165lbs you could fill out alot more without juice.

1) What did you expect your body wasen't going to plateau? Of course the body plateau's!!!! It means the body is used to whatever you giving it (ie. training and diet), so you have to change them up or the body won't grow! Simply as that.
2) You have only be lifting for over a year and a half and you say you need steroids to "boost you", bro that cannot be further from the truth. You need to lift naturally for several years before you consider steroids that way you have the training, experience, diet, and muscle base to grow.
You are not ready for steroids, you need to lift naturally and perfect your diet or else your throwing $$$ down the drain.
