    Trying to Educate myself.....

    Was wondering how long do most usually wait between cycles?

    To keep gains do you try and train with same intensity and weight as when on cycle?

    And what is best way to cut and try and keep as much mass as possible? Carb up in morning? or Carbs before and arfter workout only? or 3days low carb 1day high carb style?

    I have been trying to make my way through all the literature on here, learn't ridiculous amounts already but the cutting one is impossible to fine a straight answer to, there seems to be so many contradicting opinions on it?

    a general guideline is time on cycle+pct= time off. And as for intensity... i know what ive tried but there are others more qualified than me to give you that advice.

    bloodwork as well if possible just to make sure everything is in check

    You will always get different opinions when it comes to dieting. Everyone responds different to the amount/type of food they eat. Personally, I like to eat 40grms protein and comlex carbs each meal, and just up the cardio.
