there are several sites where updated lists are available.. also if you know any members of the MOB or ORS they can tell you whats up with a source.. they keep tabs on all the sources.

Scammer lists can be suspect. People use them to slander as well. Better to just talk to and deal with those you trust.

well at the top right where you see your name and last visited.. after 25 posts it will open up and say private messages.. you click on a members screen name in a thread and will see a drop box with options.. read profile,send email,find members posts..after 25 posts you will have a send private message option
aight cool man let me ask u another question i told somebody the other day i wanted to start on some anavar i've never taken any steroids but they said i should run 500mg of test before anything whats up with that
500mg test is a good first cycle as long as you have everything else in check..
var only, well you will see some slight gain with a slight increase in strenght but wont pack on much.. var is used by alot of people who compete in a certain weight class so cant put on much mass but want an increase in strength.. all depends on what your looking for.

It means you should be reading and researching AAS and how they affect your HPTA. Also hwo they are structured chemically and what some good begginer cycles are for your body before just jumping into it. Have you looked at PCT? How bout ancilleries in case u see signs of gyno?
well cutting the BF is gonna come down to diet and cardio/training.. could run the var along with that to preserve muscle and add some strength

i'm 23 5'8 165 lbs probably around 15-19 percent body fat and i bench 320 and squat 400
nah i need to though but i really wasn't planning on taking them long i just want to get my body fat down and keep my muscle and strength i already have
i don't know i've tried dieting before and it seemed like all it did was make me weaker and it didn't really cut me up any it seemed like i was losing muscle instead of fat
Best option out there for you, and yes even better than steroids is food. Check out the diet forum and start looking for food that would help with cutting. Youll learn a lot there, its tough at first but if your determined to loose the bf% then you shouldnt have any problems.
Not the fad diets or "dieting" which is almost always mis-read or the term used wrongfully. Food is what is going to make or break you, not anabolics. Get used to it cus thats how life is. Cutting calories is sometimes not the option which is why you got weaker and you didnt cut up. You need to eat the right foods, time them out throughout the day, and stick to the simple rules.....protein/carb meals, and closer to bed time protein/fat meals. dont mix carbs and fats. Fat will come off, ive done it and it works, its worked for everyone else too.
well just off the top of your head what would be some good stuff to try
also instead of steroids is there a good supplement out that could help with the body fat. When I was using creatine back in the day muscletech had this thing called thermoshred i was thinking it might work pretty good they usually make pretty good products
Chicken, extra lean cuts of beef, tuna, salmon
Potatoe, sweetpotato/yam, brown rice, ezekial bread, grits, oats
Your trying to depend on a supplement to help you shed the fat in which nothing will work if your diet is not clean. Once you change that and start eating, then think about possibly adding a thermogenic to the mix to help speed it up.
