Need Some Help!! Injured! Cycles? Out of Shape? Diet?

Ok I will give you guys the run down.
    I am 25 years old, weight 270 to 275, 5' 11" tall, and bf % around 28.
I had never worked out until the end of the summer that just passed. I started working out in August of 2008. I have always played sports (baseball, basketball, football), so I have always been somewhat active. This summer I worked out for about 5 weeks didnt see any results (probobly my diet) then tore my superspinatus (playing sports not working out) and havent been able to really work out since so I have been just doing about an hour of cardio a day with some abs.
Then my father died at the end of October at the age of 50 from not being healthy.
So needless to say I need to get in shape because if I am going down the same road as him I am halfway through my life.
My doctors have given me the option of surgery or stated that with a superspinatus tear I can really only strengthen the other muscles around it to make up for the one that is tore.
With that being said I thank you for reading and here is the following.
I have on order 400 tabs of anavar at 10mg a pill, 2000 tabs of dbol at 5mg a tab, test c, test e (couldnt choose/didnt know the difference), and 500 tabs of Winstrol at 10mg a tab.
I am thinking that this is a little much for me but I know that whatever I dont use that someone will be willing to take some off of my hands.
I am aware that I need to get on some kind of diet but I have gone to see someone for help on that as well.
If you guys could just give me a step in the right direction or even some ideas of cycles or if there is something else I should be getting to go with the stuff I have mentioned above that would be great.

Thanks to all that have taken the time to read this!

Taking aas with 28% bf is not the best idea my friend. First you need to sort that diet, try as much cardio as you can, and start a good training program. You need your bf to be around 14% before starting a cycle..

1.bro your high body fat is just going to make you prone to more estrogenic side effects!

2.you have hardly ever trained,if you go on juice without prior training then that leads to more injuries, because your joints, tendons and muscles wont be used to handling that much load!!

3.you should atleast have trained 3 years naturally.

4.if you still go and try out a cycle (which i think you will) then you would really be screwing with your health and that would create real health problems!!just stick to cardio or an hour 6 times a week!and working out as you can!

i appreciate the advice. lets say i did take juice at the body fat that i am at now isnt there anti estrogens that i can take to prevent the side affects?
also i have been thinking about the training for a bit before i do take them. in the end though i still do believe that i will take them eventually!
    thanks!

ok so first get the diet and workout regimen in order....consistently. Achieve some conditioning naturally before cycling.. Then look into first cycle recommendations here on the board. Also look into pct protocols. This wont happen overnight...no matter how you go about it....do it the right way and IMO you wont be sorry....Get some training and conditioning under your belt..get the diet in order now not "oh i will when im on" ...get your body adapted to tearing down/rebuilding muscle. Take it to a peak naturally...THEN do a well advised cycle...JMO
