    need help on first cycle.. and what ya guys think

    OK guys im like sweating right now im so excited i get to start my first cycle
    as i told u earlier im 6 tf 3 240 pounds need help setting it up ill write down what i got and let me know what u guys think my first doses should be thanks alot

    200ml test ethanate/200ml test deca ..mixed in a 400mg/ml bottle
    2 bottles of nolvadex ...each contain 100 caps at 10/mg a cap
    1 bottle of winstrol 100 caps each contain 25 mg a cap
    1 bottle of arimdex 100 caps contains .5mg per cap


    please set me a cycle up guys i know i wanna do 250mgs twice a week thansk alot guys i really appreciate it...

    my stats are 6tf 3 240 pounds dont know my body fat..have been training for on and off for 4 yrs but just got serious about it....im 26 i did have a good friend of mine helping me out that is very experienced with this stuff...but due to a early morning accident last week he was taken from us in a freak accident..anyway i will post a picture....one more thing as you look at my picture do u think im ready for a cycle ive done alotttttttttt of research to what im putting in my body my only worry is what my body fat is at my friend
    said i would lose most of it doing the cycle but jsut wanna see what everyone thinks ...thanks guys

    imho, you're not 12%bf, and so not ready to cycle. I think you can still do a lot more naturally, build a more solid base, shed some bf with a good diet.

    But you're in a great place for solid info. why not post your diet in the diet section, and see what ppl think.

    You say "as i told u earlier im 6 tf 3 240 pounds 12 percent body fat" yet this is your first post, so you haven't told us anything earlier. In any event, we are glad to have you here. We don't typically build cycles for people, we ask that they research enough to propose a cycle and pct and we help them tweak it.

    edit* I just looked at your pic, and you are no where near 12%bf, you are much higher than that.

    yah my bad for sure sorry i was customizing it fromanother forum jsut getting diff ideas but yah my tight it tight everyone sais it is good so yah i dunno ive seen ppl do cycles looking worse then me and they shed fat thats why i asked

    haha sorry i just got off a 16 hour shift at work......but i was saying is that i read articles on guys that start off wayyyyyyyyyyy worse then i am as far as body fat goes and they do extremely well losing most of there fat during there cycle so again who do u trust the pictures that say it for themselves or.....

    I feel that you could build a much better base with proper diet and cardio. Cycling in your present condition puts you at an increased risk for blood pressure issues, estrogen related sides, etc.

    well for the last month my diet has been solid ive ran it in the nutrition section and its excellent as far as cardio goes im doing 45 every morning on a empty stomach intreval training...i guess im jsut getting excited cause i finally have all my stuff and want to get going thats all

    Your joking right, you mean those computer edited or person swapped before/after pictures. You actually believe those pics?

    dove decent did it just fine as i have seen other ppl to i know a guy right now that is cycling and he was fat i mean fat and looks amazing now and he only did a straight test cycle

    ok... well what im trying to tell you is NO. But it's your decision to listen to Big and I. Like i said go read Jimmy's thread, you can learn a lot and maybe it will change your mind to wait a little longer. You will be must more pleased with your results. Im telling you this to help you, i don't want to see another guy having all these high bf related sides coming on here posting a hundred thread asking what did i do wrong

    we have an excellent diet section, you should post your diet there for critique.
