    Starting up Again!!!!!

    I've been out of the loop for the last 4 years and am now getting back on the saddle and would like some help. Like I said, 4 years ago I was on Test E and Tren E and had really good results and am going to try something different. I will be on Test cyp along with EQ. What do you think I should dose the test and EQ at? I've read some difference of opinion on the EQ as far as some that don't like it but after doing research, I see that it is a good AAS to use and has minimal side effects. My stats are below:

    Age= 33
    Weight= 165
    Height= 5' 10"

    I do plan on being on the test for 10 weeks and the EQ for 12. As for injection days, not sure, would like to do minimal but no pain, no gain!!!!! If I remember right, I was doing injections every 3 days. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    What are your goals? 5'10" and 165lbs?

    My goals are to get bigger and to gain strength. I would like to add atleast 20 lbs if not more but don't want to get massive. Like I said before, I've never used any of these AAS but have read that they do have good results. Since this is my first cycle in about 3 years, I'd like to start at the normal dosage then work up from there. Any help would be great!

    Are you starting to workout again after 3 years?

    IMO, if that is the case you shouldn't jump into steroids right away, build a base first and gain naturally before you do AAS.

    As for EQ contradicting opinions, most people just say its just good for making you hungry.

    As of right now, my diet is I can eat anything and not gain weight. I do plan on eating better and higher protien foods to include chicken, tuna salad sandwiches and beef. I did find a cycle on here after searching and let me know what you guys think.

    100 mg 2 times a week (Prop)
    125 mg 2 times a week (Cyp)
    100 mg 2 times a week (Eq)

    I was thinking of doing the Prop on Mon. and Thur. then doing the Cyp & Eq on Tues. and Friday. Is this a good cycle or not?

    I've run EQ a couple of times, it takes a few weeks to really kick in but it did make the viens in my biceps pop up nicely. Eq will make you eat the house for sure but at 165lbs that shouldn't be a problem just keep the diet clean as possible... (no 3am J in the B in other words). how long are you planning to run this cycle? you should see some good gains, I love Prop and Cyp, I always jump start with Prop (3 weeks) then just run CYP to cut down on the number of shots.

    sorry I just saw your duration in the first post... yeah hit the weights hard an watch the diet and you'll put on some good size with this cycle. EQ/PROP/CYP is pretty much my standard cycle and I went from 190 to 255 over 4 years and 6 cycles. Remember... lots of water and get plenty of rest/sleep. but a good nutrition plan MOST OF ALL!! good luck and don't forget your post cycle maintenance.

    how long you plan on running the cycle?
    prop need to be shot ed or eod..not twice a week.
    250mg of cyp is low but 200mg of eq a week is about worthless.

    prop has to be inj. ed/eod.
    300mg/wk of cyp is too low
    200mg/wk of eq??? your pissing away your money. go at least 400mg/wk of eq. preferably higher tho.

    so no. that cycle looks like bad news.

    But you dont need AAS. 165lbs is too light. Max out your potential before trying AAS.

    from the info your giving and your status it looks like your lacking a good diet plan i where big was hitting. not to bring your spirits down but that 's my honest opinion is don't cycle yet, the weight you ganna put from aas can b easily put on with a good diet plan and the next step would b to shoot for a cycle.

    Regardless of what I do as far as diet I can not gain weight. I play hockey 4 times a week which is a tremendous amount of cardio. I also am fortunate to have a high metabolism and at my age is pretty rare. I did do the body of life program due to a friend of mine that had good results and I gained a whoppin' 5 lbs, now that was a waist of time. So if you think the doses are low, what should I kick it up to?

    5-6000 cals... lol

    500mg test and 400mg eq is the basic dose..
    id use the prop as a kick for the first few weeks.. 100-150mg eod 1-4
