    Bulking Cycle

    Im 27, 205lbs 6' Tall. Lifting sicne I was 15 on and off.

    4 Cycles in.
    Have Run Dbol (good)
    Test Cyp (Good)
    Deca (eh so so)
    EQ (loved it)

    Looking for a good bulking cycle I can run now and cut up before summer.

    I always seem to tap out around 205-210 max.

    Diet is around 3500cal day w/ 200g protein.

    Im thinking

    500TEST
    600 EQ
    ANADROL

    ANy other ideas?

    why not put the deca back in there? if you;re looking to bulk should add good size, good luck with the A50! should give you some good gains

    Looking for some critique here too...

    My scale at home is saying Im around 15-16% BF. Higher than I suspected.

    Here's a fairly recent pic. Also attaching a pic from a few years ago pre juice, when I was testing about 4-5% BF.

    I weighed about 160 in the pic, my legs weren't that big though due to a log on going back injury.

    I had the same gains on a deca/test cycle as a test only cycle. I had more gains on a EQ/TEST cycle, the deca seriously did nada for me it seemed like.

    yeah your BF is around 14-15% looks like in the first pic, second pic is ripped to shreds. whatd you take for that? (cutting)

    Nada, hadn't touched anything yet... just lifting & restricted diet, I felt so small at 160 though.

    ^^^wow, thats pretty determined to keep a shape like that without drugs....i know what you mean too by feeling small at a lesser weight, i started out bodybuilding at a measly 135lbs, now im up to 260....anything is possible

    damn brother thats good!

    Staying lean never used to be a issue for me. I had stomach problems and it was hard to ever eat enough, therefor I stayed super lean constantly. Got those corrected now.

    Im concerned being such a high BF% now going on a bulking cycle tho.

    I want to wind up 210-220 at 6-8%

    ^^^its possible bro, no doubt, i got done with my first cycle a few weeks ago and gained massice weight with little bodyfat on an only test cycle. as long as you keep you diet clean and consistent the bodyfat will stay away and you wont have to worry about going from 16 to 6% BF but instead 10% to 6%.....

    You may want to reexamine your diet. Eating enough is difficult for me, and I don't think Im the only one. I would bump your protein up at least to 300 grams ED.

    Agreed, I Just cant seem to force in anymore food or protein or my guts are upset and I dont want to eat at all... It's tough, too much and you get to that point where your body is just like ENOUGH NO MORE FOOD!!! and Im throwing up the protein shakes in the sink the morning.

    ^^^^I hear ya! Im starting my contest prep diet in 3 weeks. And, Im actually looking forward to eating less food.
