BF% Questions
Hey All,
First let me apologize if this question has been asked and answered somewhere else in the forum. I've done a bunch of reading of different threads and I noticed one of the biggest questions asked of individuals beginning a cycle for the first time is BF%. Anyway, why is the BF% so important? I'm assuming that lower is better. What is a good target range for BF%? Thanks for the replys in advance.

Below 15% is a good starting point. cycling with high bf% increases the chances of blood pressure issues, estrogen related sides, etc, as well as indicating that with proper diet and training the individual could have more closely approached their goals naturally.

the lower the BF, generally the better results and less sides. 10% is ideal but anything over 15% is a big no no. You'll end up putting yourself at risk of sides and waste your money

Big & Brown Ninja you guys rock!
Thanks fellas for the quick response. I'm around 18-19%, so I think I'll work on cardio and diet for a bit before starting anything.

Yeah get down and keep reading up. The side are a major concern but if you are going to spend a couple hundred bucks on a cycle you want to get the most out of it and sub 15% is the best way to do that. Good luck bro
