Do you think lots of running is bad health wise during a cycle? Is it considered counterproductive for gaining muscle? How many extra calories should be consumed on the days I run?
This will be my 2nd cycle, it will be 12 weeks (6 weeks d-bol, 12 weeks deca, 6 weeks test –the same cycle that is Example #2 on the cycles page). I will be running a half marathon about 3 weeks into it (is this too much??). I will lift in the morning and run 4-5 times a week (3-9 miles, 8 min/mile pace) through the cycle. I have run long distances before so running is nothing new. I would like to gain about 10 -15lbs and become very lean (I am 6’2”, 200 lbs). Thank you for any advice.
