abit of guidance before i begin
hello
firstly im from Australia, never taken steroids for training.
im thinking about starting to gain some mass, abit of strength and get abit bigger looks wise.
some of my mates have just started there first course, the stuff there taking is labeled Enanthate and they inject it.
im afraid that they would be doing it all wrong which is why i am not doing it with them.
im 21
190+ cm
83kg
bmi 22.5
id say that im of a tall and slender build with a high metabolism. ive been working out for about 2 years and only seriously for the last 6 months.
what steroid would suit me? bearing in mind the availability in my location,
dosage? work out? supplements? source?? haha
ill continue researching, this sites has heaps of info!

Gday mate welcome,
First of 22.5 bf% is high and it is not recommend you take gear until geting it down under 15. You could do to gain more naturaly first so i would suggest you check out the diet section and have a look and some bulking diets. What you gain is all about diet!
Then read up on pct.
Now thats my opnion, but if your set on cycling a good first cycle is 500mg test e (Enanthate ) usually run about 12 weeks. So post up a plan, and a pct plan and we will take a look at it.
You have started off on the best path which is research its good to see people in aus are looking more into things they are injecting in there body these days

bmi and bf% are two different things. But either way his measurements translate to something like 6'4 170lbs, which i didnt even know was possible.
Your metabolism is high? What are your thyroid T3/T4 levels? Do you know? Or are you just assuming skinny=high metabolism?
Bottom line: Eat more. You arent going to be happy with the results at this point.

used an online tool for a ruff guide for the bf%

no i haven't had my t3/4 levels measured. i am only assuming at this point. but on my current diet ( not much of a diet)
daily
multivitamins
protein shake (40g of protein)
breakfast, normally yogurt, toast cereals occasionally
snack chips, apple
roll with salad + a cooked meat, beef chicken etc
protein shake
dinner, normally cooked meat steak/chicken with salad ( lettuce, carrot broccoli)
or pasta/rice + sauce n some kind of meat.
normally on weekends i have the two shakes and a variety of food in between, take out etc
yer i think ill hold off on the gear till i am confident in what im doing.

I also want to start my first cycle but i been trainin for 4 years. I don't think u r ready for steroids .
