    Beginners cycle - advice needed?

    Hi all, thanks for taking time to read my post.

    Im ready to start my 1st cycle, im 28 and 170lbs. iv been weight lifting for the past 5 years. over time iv made good gains but now i'd like to make even better gains. After researching numerous sites and forums iv compiled together ther following cycle. Please tell me if this is a good 1st cycle and wether the results will be noticeable (i am not entirely relying on the roids, I have a good workout plan and a good high protein diet).

    Weeks 1-10
    Test E - 250mg per week
    Weeks 1-6
    Dianabol - 30mg per day
    Weeks 11-12
    Nothing
    Weeks 13
    Clomid - 100mg per day
    Weeks 14-15
    Clomid 50mg per day

    Any advise will be kindley appreciated.

    hey man im going to start my first cycle next month too.

    you could probably buy another vial of test and go up to 500 a week to start

    you probably want to go to the pct section to read up on the stickies. a lot of ppl on this site say u need to run both nolva and clomid

    personally i would bump the test up to 400-500mgs but thats just me.

    thanks guys....
    I don't wana use high dosages...don't know what side effects i might get!(def dnt want acne!!)
    will look into using clomid and nolva together!

    I would run the cycle for 12 weeks at 500mg Test a week not 10, and I wouldnt run the Dbol any longer than 5 weeks

    test at 250 mg probly wont give you the gains you would like imo i would bump it up to 500mg you will see much better results, I have personally ran this before and saw minimal sides. I only had slight increase in acne, but i am not very prone to it either. If you are really worried about sides you can look into Arimidex

    yea i would try to get it to at least 350mg/wk but 250 is still 5 times higher than the normal male. And you dont need dbol for 6 weeks.

    just take the test for 16 weeks. don't forget the arimidex . bump the test to 300
