    Cutting cycle options

I'm looking to run a cutting cycle sometime in March or April. I sorta let myself go this past fall and I'm just getting back on the horse. Hitting the cardio pretty hard 5 days a week and making good progress. Provided that I reach my weight loss goals by March, I want to run a cutting cycle to harden up and hopefully help me shed those last few pounds that are always a pain to get rid of.

    Current stats:
    Age 26
    previous cycles: 3
    Height 5'10''
Weight 205lbs (down from 220 since October)
b/f% unknown but estimated at about 15% I'm shooting for about 10% or less by the time I start this next cycle.

Since I wont be going for mass, I want to run Test E at 200mg/wk for 10 weeks. I want to run Anavar with it and either Tren or Mast.

So the advice I'm looking for is suggestions on whether or not I should run Tren or Mast with the Test/Var.

I was thinking something along the lines of
    wk 1-10 Test E 200mg/wk
    wk 1-5 Anavar 40mg ED
wk 5-10 Masteron 100mg EOD (or 75mg tren EOD)

Goals are to get as lean as possible with maximum muscle retention when I start cutting calories and increasing the cardio on top of my lifting regimen. Not looking to put on a lot of size.

    Suggestions, comments, concerns?

So lets see your proposed diet as that is where the cutting is going to come from

Since I started with the cardio 5 days a week my diet has been something along the lines of:

Breakfast 3 or 4 egg whites with 1 yolk
half a whole wheat bagel or 2 slices of whole wheat toast either plain or with peanut butter.

about 1 /2 hours later, first snack at work is either a cup of cottage cheese or cup of low fat yogurt.

Lunch is either Turkey + swiss, Tunafish or a grilled chicken sandwich and an apple from the local deli. Some days I'll have a small bag of baked potato chips, but not often.

Another cup of cottage cheese or yogurt (whatever I didn't have before lunch).

Dinner can be anything from another tunafish sandwich, grilled chicken breast, salmon fillet.. something along those lines, with a plain baked potato, sometimes I'll put some I can't believe it's not butter on the potato.

About an hour after dinner is my workout. I have a bunch of different protein shakes for post workout.. Muscle Milk, Myoplex, Isopure, GNC Generic crap. If I drink the same protein shake every day, I end up getting sick of it so I usually switch it up. Sometimes I have an apple when I get home.

Other than the protein, the only thing I drink is water.

If I keep up with this diet, and my current training program I should make decent progress by April. Hopefully when I start on the gear, I can step up the cardio without worrying about losing muscle.

If your gunna try tren I would suggest 50mg ED. It is a very short ester. Personally I don't think there is a better cutter then tren.

Do you suggest running the tren before the var, or the var first, then tren?

Edit: or run them both together?

if I could afford 14 weeks of var, I'd consider it. I'm going to be getting 200 var tabs 10mg each. Should be enough for 7 weeks if I dose 40mg ED.

This is all provided I can make significant enough progress naturally within my current timeline.

    check into this..

Policosanol It is a natural supplement derived from sugar cane. The main ingredient is octacosanol. Octacosanol is an alcohol found in the waxy film that plants have over their leaves and fruit. The leaves and rinds of citrus fruits contain octacosanol, and so does wheat germ oil.

Policosanol has been shown to normalize cholesterol as well or better than cholesterol-lowering drugs, without side effects such as liver dysfunction and muscle atrophy.Efficacy and safety have been proven in numerous clinical trials, and it has been used by millions of people in other countries. Policosanol lowers harmful LDL-cholesterol and raises protective HDL-cholesterol. HDL-cholesterol removes plaque from arterial walls.

Policosanol also inhibits the oxidation of dangerous LDL-cholesterol4 which promotes the destruction of blood vessels by creating a chronic inflammatory response. Oxidized LDL can also provoke metalloproteinase enzymes. These enzymes promote blood vessel destruction, partly by interfering with HDL’s protective effect. Studies show that rats treated with policosanol have fewer foam cells, reflecting less inflammatory response causing less blood vessel destruction.

Healthy arteries are lined with a smooth layer of cells so that blood can race through with no resistance. One of the features of diseased arteries is that this layer becomes thick and overgrown with cells. As the artery narrows, blood flow slows down or is blocked completely. Policosanol can stop the proliferation of these cells in much the same was as lipid-lowering drugs.

Policosanol also inhibits the formation of clots, and may work synergistically with aspirin in this respect. In a comparison of aspirin and policosanol, aspirin was better at reducing one type of platelet aggregation (clumping together of blood cells). But policosanol was better at inhibiting another type. Together, policosanol and aspirin worked better than either alone.
Thromboxane is a blood vessel-constricting agent that contributes to abnormal platelet aggregation that can cause a heart attack or stroke. Significant reductions in the level of thromboxane occur in humans after two weeks of policosanol.

Thanks for the info guys. It sounds like everyone is recommending tren over mast, so I'll probably go that route.

As far as my diet needing more fats, is there any particular source of fats I should turn to? Like having a steak somewhere in place of my usual chicken breast/tunafish out of the can?
