Was looking to find out what everyone thinks about short Test cycles. Was thinking about running something like
6 week cycle
1-2 750
3-6 500
pct
time off
back on...
dunno really looking for some input on this one...
prob 5th cycle..
28 yr / 195lbs
usally run longer like 12-13 week cycles, but taking a while to recover after. Was thinking shorter might be better.
